What gets deleted

Your account (login) and profile (name, email, settings)
Your device data and push notification tokens
Your personal statistics and practice data

What gets anonymized

Match results and reservations that also concern other members (e.g. a frame against an opponent) are anonymized rather than deleted, so the club's records stay consistent.

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
